Nebraska’s exemptions are not limited to domiciliaries or
residents. Nebraska’s exemptions “apply to any bankruptcy
petition filed in Nebraska after April 17, 1980.” Neb. Rev. Stat.
§ 25-15,105. This will not prevent Nebraska’s law from being
applicable in cases filed in other states.
