Idaho’s exemptions are limited to residents. “ Residents of this
state are entitled to the exemptions provided by this act.
Nonresidents are entitled to the exemptions provided by the
law of the jurisdiction of their residence. (2) The term ‘resident’
means an individual who intends to maintain his home in this
state.” Idaho Code Ann. § 11-602.
